Major FMCG company based in Durban is seeking an Expert / Master Baker Food Technologist to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Degree in Food Technology / Nutritional sciences / Dietetics
6 + years’ experience in Research and Development / New Product Development
Master baker credentials is highly beneficial
Experience in product specification; nutritional calculations; product costings; conducting sensory tastings; planning and executing production trials and shelf-life testing
In depth knowledge and experience in working with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Food Safety Systems Certification (FSSC) and the ISO standards
