JOB SUMMARY:
A bilingual Food Technologist with 3+ years’ experience and an understanding of the relevant retail industry is being sought for an FMCG manufacturer based in Cape Town.

Conscientious food tech professionals with comprehensive knowledge of technical processes and principles, a thorough understanding of South African labelling legislation and a high regard for quality will suit this position.

The successful candidate will assist with product launches and range management through quality control and technical competencies required to ensure brand integrity and food safety.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Matric
National Diploma in Food Technology / Science
Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Computer literate
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
