SUMMARY:
Step into an exciting opportunity with a manufacturing team in the Western Cape as a Food Technologist!

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing factory trials, pre-production, and product launches in collaboration with quality control, product development, and production teams. Your expertise in food technology, documentation accuracy, and technical training will be essential in ensuring product quality, compliance with specifications, and successful product launches.

POSITION INFO:
To excel in this role, you should have a Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or an equivalent tertiary qualification, along with a minimum 1 year of experience in a food production environment. Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills will further support your performance in this position.
