Food and Beverage Manager, Luxury Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the F&B team across all outlets (restaurant, bar, events, etc.)
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring memorable dining experiences
• Oversee stock control, procurement, menu planning, and supplier relations
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
• Train, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, ensuring high staff morale and development
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational policies
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor key performance metrics

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong operational knowledge of F&B best practices, trends, and service standards
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
