SUMMARY:
Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry, has an opportunity available for a Food and Beverage Specialist - Botanicals. This position will be based in the Paarl area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

At least 2 Years'' Food & Beverage formulation experience
Experience with beverage development and formulation is fundamental.
Operational / Hands on experience
B-Tec / Diploma/ Degree in Food Science or Food Technology is advantageous
Computer literate with a focus on Excel and Word
Knowledge of functional food ingredients
Formulation of new beverage products is essential.
Reformulation of existing products
Upscaling of kitchen formulas to factory trial and bulk manufacturing scale
Compiling product information sheets and batch manufacturing documentation
