Foreclosure Litigation Secretary, Pretoria.

• Matric and relevant qualifications.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• A minimum of 3 year experience as a Home Loan Foreclosure Litigation Secretary. Experience preferably Standard Bank is ideal but experience with Absa Bank and /or Nedbank is also acceptable.
• Well skilled and knowledgeable of the foreclosures processes and administration involved.
• Must be computer literate and able to work on multiple systems.
• Well skilled in Dictaphone typing.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• High level attention to detail and accurate and efficient working methods.
• Knowledge of Court Online and Caselines and the ability to enrol applications / documents and matters on both Court Online and Caselines.
• Knowledge of Ghost Practice, CACS and My Attorney.
• Ensure that court dates are monitored and applications and documents are served and uploaded onto all required systems timeously.
