Foreign Creditors Clerk

Duties:

· Controlling of the foreign creditors function
· General Ledger analysis
· Capturing of source documentation
· Ensure that all foreign creditors invoices adhere to customs and reserve bank requirements
· Creditors reconciliation
· Cash flow projections for payment of foreign creditors
· Reconciliation of all Inter Company confirmations
· Monthly preparation of aged analysis for all foreign creditors
· Handle all queries from foreign creditors
· Customs control systems maintenance
· Maintenance of the Road freight / Deferred Vat register
· Handling related queries from Customs & Excise (SARS)

Requirements:

· Grade 12
· 3 years experience as a finance clerk
· SAP knowledge
