Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Building Foreman on Shopping Mall projects
Proven ability to manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations
Strong technical and leadership skills with attention to quality and safety
Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
Valid driver’s licence and own transport

Duties include:

Overseeing site works, progress, and quality control
Coordinating materials, labour, and subcontractors
Ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met
Reporting to the Site Agent / Project Manager

This 6,000-square-meter Saxdowne Shopping Centre is convenience store located at the busy intersection of Stellenbosch Arterial and Saxdowne Road.
