JOB SUMMARY:
Foreman from Mining industry required to work on a ten month project in the DRC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
Qualified Fitter
Minimum 10 years experience within a mining environment, 5 years of which should be at Foreman level
Previous experience supervising various Artisans on a mining site up Africa is essential
Valid passport
Covid vaccinated
Computer literate
Available immediately to work on contract

Duties:
Oversight of operations on mine
Effective allocation and control of labour resources
Ensure proper communication Training, coaching and mentoring of the workforce
Demonstrate and promote safety leadership.
