POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Foreman Workshop (Transportation, Trucks, and Commercial Vehicles)

Salary: R25,000 - R35,000 Basic + Benefits

Location: Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Fourways

Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is looking for a Foreman to manage the workshop operations for truck and trailer repairs. If youre a qualified Red Seal Motor Mechanic with experience in side tipper links, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop operations and manage a team of 15 mechanics.
• Ensure trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles are maintained and repaired to high standards.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are operational.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.

Requirements:

• ️ Red Seal Qualified Motor Mechanic (Diesel qualification is advantageous but not essential).
• ️ Proven experience with truck and trailer maintenance (side tipper links experience a must).
• ️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
• ️ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• ️ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
