JOB SUMMARY:
Forklift Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

· Loading of bagged product within the required turnaround times;
· Ensuring that the correct product is loaded and that it conforms to the necessary quality standards;
· Correct quantity to be loaded as per the delivery note;
· Stacking raw materials and finished products as per the required floor plan;
· Operation of the palletizers when required to/stand in relief for calling customers/ loading cabin/roughage;
· Completing and checking the necessary documentation via check sheets, delivery notes;
· Must be willing to be multi-skilled in other departments;

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

· The ideal candidate must be in possession of a valid hyster licence;
· Minimum qualification: Matric;
· 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment;
· Must work shifts;
· Must have good communication skills;
· The successful candidate must have a high level of personal and professional integrity and must be able to work well with all departments.
