Forklift Drivers

Purpose of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift (counterbalance, reach truck, or other powered industrial trucks) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
• Move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and production lines.
• Stack and store products securely in designated warehouse locations, both high and low level.
• Perform pre-shift forklift checks (DIF) and report any mechanical faults or damages immediately.
• Work with picking sheets, orders, and instructions to select and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Accurately record movement of goods and update inventory records via RF scanners or paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment, free from hazards.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including OHS Act requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members, warehouse staff, and truck drivers.
