JOB SUMMARY:
Franchise Creditors Manager - Pretoria, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established Automotive dealership is looking for a Creditors Manager to join their team in Pretoria.

Duties include (but not limited to):
Check and release payment requisitions loaded on a payment’s portal by the Dealer Network
Assist with any queries that may arise that relates to payments released
Ensure all payments are processed on ADP / Kerridge
after payment run was completed daily
Verification of banking detail for new accounts
Compile, analyse and identify new creditor accounts based on the information loaded on the portal
Investigate and process all portal system errors
Investigate PayBot unallocated report

Requirements:
Vehicle Administration experience
F&I experience will be an advantage
Understanding and knowledge of SARS requirements on payments to suppliers
Understanding and knowledge on Settlements, Buy-Outs, Spotters, Auction payments, Over, Allowance and Cashbacks
Knowledge on legal requirements for all payments
Knowledges on Foreign payments and the requirements
Knowledge on VAT implications
Good verbal and written communications skills
Attention to detail
Complying with Company Policies and procedures
Strong personality, skill set and working good under pressure
Must have prior experience on releasing payments on both Standard Bank business and FNB Business banking
Must have released a minimum of 150 payments per day
