JOB DESCRIPTION:

Franchise Restaurant (Sit-down & Take-away) in Westgate is looking for an Operator. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant franchise systems/controls essential. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated and energetic. Looking for long term commitment. Will report directly to the owner. Salary R 15000 – 20000 K net. Only serious managers need to apply.
