Our client (yep, they’re big on innovation and big on fighting fraud) is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who’s ready to shake up how their Fraud team learns, grows, and stays ahead of the game.
POSITION INFO:
Day-to-day:
- Design killer content (no boring slides, please!) that turns fraud trends into actionable know-how.
- Build and deliver learning that actually lands. Formal, informal, live, virtual… whatever works.
- Track down learning gaps and plug them with strategic programmes that keep skills razor sharp.
- Lead epic learning journey. Think leadership tracks, grad programmes, and fraud-focused upskilling.
- Measure what matters. Report on progress, impact, and all the "we’re crushing it!" moments.
- Collaborate with the best—People Partners, Hub Heads, fraud pros and SMEs across the business.
What about you?- Speak fluent "learning design" but also love a good fraud trend breakdown
- Run workshops and training that don’t make people check their phones
- Know your way around programme management, strategy and a budget
- Can turn data into stories and insights into action
- Love working with cross-functional teams and influencing across levels
