POSITION INFO:

I am assisting one of our clients to fill in a role of a Fraud Investigator

Contract position

Duration: 12 months 

Role purpose:

To be responsible for develop, set-up and manage the fraud portfolio as it pertains to the Clients Payments Services product range by identifying and handling suspicious or problematic transactions identified  while providing consultation and strategic directions through professional reporting

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Bachelor''s Degree, preferably in an analytical field - e.g. Economics, Operations, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or an in applicable social sciences field such as Criminal Justice or Law.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in financial crime where the individual  enabled crime investigations or equivalent in the payments environment in RSA
• Minimum of five years of experience performing in-depth research and assist with write ups of complex and sensitive escalations to numerous internal stakeholder
