Remuneration: R18 000 to R20 000 per month on a Fixed Term Contract, dependent on qualifications and work experience

Our client is looking for a Freelance Facilitator for Paralegal Learnership (NQF Level 5).
This will be a be Fixed Term Contract Position to join their team in Johannesburg North.
 
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Freelance Facilitator to deliver training for a Paralegal Learnership Programme (NQF Level 5).

The successful candidate must be registered with SASSETA and have proven experience facilitating learnerships within the legal or paralegal field.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Matric / Grade 12 (essential) and a relevant qualification in Law / Paralegal Studies (NQF Level 5 or higher).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Skills Development Facilitation or related role.
• Registered Facilitator and Assessor with SASSETA (non-negotiable).
• Proven experience facilitating learnership programmes.
• Strong understanding of outcomes-based education and learnership frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage groups of learners effectively.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning sessions aligned to the Paralegal NQF Level 5 learnership.
• Deliver training in line with SAQA unit standards and programme requirements.
• Support, mentor, and guide learners throughout the learnership.
• Monitor learner progress and provide continuous feedback.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments.
• Ensure compliance with SASSETA and QCTO requirements.
• Maintain accurate learner records, attendance registers, and reports.
• Experience with both legacy and QCTO-aligned learnerships.
