SUMMARY:
Stunning Luxury Camp in is looking for a FREELANCE RESERVATIONIST to cover for 4 months starting JUNE

POSITION INFO:
This position has the opportunity to become permanent.
If you're detail-oriented and have a passion for creating seamless booking experiences, this could be the ideal contractual position. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the warm, professional service that this company is known for.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Must have Grade 12
A relevant tertiary qualification would be a-nice-to-have
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a central reservations role is essential
Familiarity with ResRequest is needed
Proven track record of being able to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Leadership, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
