What You'll Be Doing

Manage original documentation from cargo delivery to head office.
Prepare local shipping document files to ensure daily accuracy.
Process import and export freight documentation paperwork with efficiency.
Track active shipments to determine delivery proof due dates.
Coordinate directly with road carriers to receive document paperwork.

Required Qualifications

Hold a National Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain.

Required Experience

Possess two years of experience in freight documentation roles.
Show proficiency using standard logistics and transport software systems.
Display attention to detail processing standard shipping document paperwork.
Demonstrate understanding of local and international freight compliance standards.
Apply organizational skills for managing physical document file volumes.
