POSITION INFO:
Capture and distribute ANFs internally and externally
Liaise with internal and external clients
Open files
Registration
Invoice files
Handle vendor invoices
Liaise with shipping lines and agents
Deal with handover shipments
Import invoices
Action reports
Deal with origin offices
Handle groupage containers
Action queries
Track containers
Action queries
Handle DAP deliveries
Know Incoterms

Matric
Minimum 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding / degroup environment
CargoWise knowledge advantageous
