SUMMARY:
My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a Freight Forwarding Operations Manager DBN to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Operational Implementation of new accounts
Manage teams KPI’s / operational performance for import and export
Maintain good service levels and good revenue margins
Provide a positive learning environment
Responsible for achieving budget including control of invoicing/credit notes / write offs
Manage staff including appraisals and mentoring
Client visits with sales and controllers for operational and accounting support when required
Implement procedures
Ensure each shipment is profitable

Matric
10 + experience in Freight Forwarding
3-5 years Managerial Experience within Operations
