SUMMARY:
Our client in Epping is seeking a French-speaking Administrator Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including setting up payments for expenses related to our customer’s staff assignments, accessing banks to prepare payments, receiving and processing supplier invoices, and ensuring accurate capture of all financial data. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The candidate must demonstrate professionalism and proficiency in both French and English, as well as possess knowledge of accounting principles and fair proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Finance\/Accounting BASIC SALARY : Market Related START DATE : A.S.A.P \/ Immediate REQUIREMENTS: French and English-speaking proficiency Bachelor's degree preferred SAICA member registration preferred Knowledge of accounting Fair level of Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency DUTIES: Set up payments for expenses related to customer staff assignments Access banks to prepare payments for validation by headquarters Receive and process supplier invoices Capture all invoices and expense notes accurately in NSI and Irise Manage payment requests and ensure accuracy Conduct payment runs on the 5th and 20th of each month Check payment queries for accuracy and resolve issues related to exchange rates, sums, and banking details Maintain comprehensive communication internally and externally Meet targets set by management Ensure payments are set up on the correct bank account and verify with headquarters HOURS: Monday to Fridays: 8:00 - 16:30 Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at
