SUMMARY:
French Customer Service Agent (Seasonal Contract)

We are currently recruiting for a fluent French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team on a seasonal contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support international customers in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries in french and English
Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
Deliver a positive customer experience at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider support team

POSITION INFO:
