French Speaking Customer Support - Durban

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming contacts
  • Achieve the first-time contact resolution targets
  • Achieve the productivity and attendance targets
  • To achieve the qualitative and quantitative personal goals to contribute to the team and department targets

 

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum High School
  • Working experience with computer (MS Office) and internet (Internet Explorer/ Firefox);
  • Experience with customer contacts (preferably by telephone);
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Independent and customer friendly; Advanced French Language skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Browsers & Internet and search techniques.

  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Reading, understanding in English
  • Excellent writing skills
