JOB SUMMARY:
Fresh Produce Trader
Our client is looking for an experienced Fresh Produce Trader to join their team who produce import quality fruit and vegetables.
Specific experience in Strawberries, Olives, Honey, Mangoes would be an advantage.
Secure long term contracts with clients to purchase crops
Develop relationships with customers to assure purchase and distribution of fruit
Ensure standards are communicated to the farming operations to ensure long term sustainable relationships with clients.
Research and advise as per pricing and long term sustainability of crops
Research and updating of correct packaging and processing.
