SUMMARY:
A leading financial institution seeks a Senior Front Arena Developer to address a large backlog of coding fixes, solution enhancements, and new feature deliveries within Front Arena. Ideal for a technically skilled professional with deep Front Arena and Python experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver coding fixes and enhancements across Front Arena components: Trade, Instruments, Cashflows, TextObjects, Settlements, Confirmations, and Business Processes
Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards
Provide input and direction on data strategy initiatives
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates
Create documentation, user guides, and provide training for business and support teams
Ensure compliance with internal policies, technology standards, and information security requirements
Liaise with vendor where necessary

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years Front Arena development experience
5+ years Python (v3) development experience
Strong CIB domain knowledge

Advantageous:

Power BI expertise
Background in banking environments

Contract Details:

6 Months
R450 per hour (Note that it is the client's prerogative, regardless of advertised package, to offer a market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience.)
