About the Role:

As the Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist, you will be the face of our salon and the first point of contact for our clients. We’re looking for a confident, personable individual who can manage the front-of-house experience with professionalism and warmth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily salon operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, maintaining a welcoming environment, and delivering outstanding customer service that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-of-house reception duties

• Managing bookings via Headstart, WhatsApp, and email

• Processing payments

• Admin support (client records, stock, reports)

• Assisting stylists and contributing to the overall client experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Warm, polished, and professional in both appearance and demeanour

• Strong multitasker with excellent communication skills

• Comfortable with digital systems and booking platforms

• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans

• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment is advantageous
