Senior FrontâEnd Software Engineer (Angular)

This role is for seasoned engineers who build for scale, stability, and impact.

We’re looking for a Senior FrontâEnd Software Engineer with deep Angular expertise to help design, build, and support businessâcritical enterprise platforms. This is a handsâon role with real ownership—covering development, quality, deployment, and production support in a complex, global IT environment.

POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse requirements and develop highâquality enterprise web applications
Design, build, and maintain Angularâbased platforms
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
Write, execute, and support testing and defect resolution
Support and participate in deployment, release, and implementation activities
Provide thirdâlevel production support and hyperâcare when required
Review and present system solutions to Product Owners, IT Leaders, and System Owners
Prepare and maintain system and technical documentation (ISO aligned)
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (standâups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Coach and support fellow team members and users when required
Participate in system audits, risk identification, and quality assurance
Travel internationally when required

EXPERIENCE

Seniorâlevel Angular expertise (v18+)
Strong handsâon experience with:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- RxJS, NgRx
- Jest, Playwright
- ESLint, Prettier
- NPM
Strong understanding of Git and versionâcontrol best practices
Experience supporting legacy systems with strict SLAâdriven operational support
Ability to deliver in highâpressure production environments
Strong collaboration skills with development, operations, and business stakeholders
AWS Cloud
Microservice architectures and RESTful APIs
Backend exposure (Java)
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Messaging & observability (Kafka, Loki, Prometheus, Grafana)
CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
Hexagonal architecture
IT security best practices
Jira / Confluence

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
10+ years professional development experience
Proven delivery within complex, enterprise IT landscapes
Demonstrated senior ownership across:
- Code quality and stability
- Technical decisionâmaking
- Production readiness and support
