SUMMARY:
FRONT OFFICE & TRAVEL CO-ORDINATOR
KZN - PIETERMARITZBURG
To ensure that all telephone calls are answered timeously in a friendly and professional manner, while managing the front office function and coordinating all travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.

POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas:

Deliver professional front office and switchboard management, ensuring all calls and visitors are handled efficiently and courteously.
Provide administrative support to Management and departments, including scheduling meetings and general office coordination.
Manage all travel, accommodation, and vehicle rental bookings in line with company procedures.
Ensure accurate distribution of travel documentation and monthly reconciliation reporting to Head Office.
Maintain organised records, stationery control, and confidential handling of correspondence and communication.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

Matric (Grade 12 Certificate).
Valid Code 08/EB driver’s licence.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
2 years' experience in front office or customer facing role & administrative proficiency in booking systems
