SUMMARY:
Our client in the Logistics Industry has a vacancy available for a Front Office Administrator / Receptionist. Position is based in Midrand. Salary: R15 000 pm ctc. Start date 1 October 2026

POSITION INFO:
Primary focus of the role is Reception, front-office coordination and general administration. The role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming visitor experience, coordinating reception and providing accurate, responsive administrative support across the business. Reception and general administration are the primary functions of the position. The role also provides limited administrative intake support to the Insurance Department and structured, supervised exposure to selected Sales administration activities as part of a potential longer-term development pathway. Minimum requirements: Matric or an equivalent recognised qualification is required. Previous reception, customer service or general administrative experience is advantageous; suitable entry-level candidates with strong potential may be considered. Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, with the ability to learn RedSky, CRM, SharePoint and other Company systems. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Sound administrative ability, attention to detail, organisation and time management. Basic numerical confidence and the ability to capture information accurately. Ability to manage interruptions and competing priorities while maintaining a professional front-office service. Willingness to undertake training and development relevant to the role and potential future progression.
