An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team on the Camps Bay Beachfront. Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Hospitality experience / Hospitality qualification
Opera experience (essential)
Computer literate
Speak, read and write English at a professional level
Familiar with the duties and procedures in Front Office / Reservations department.

Main duties:

Manage and control all operational and accounting aspects of the Front Office, including Reservations, Night Audit, Maintenance and Housekeeping.
Act as host manager during Duty Manager Shifts
Implementation of operating systems, procedures and guest services
Maximise Room Revenue
Financial management of Front Office
Weekly meetings with department
Staff appraisals
Float handling
Liaise with Maintenance and Housekeeping
Pit checks
