FOH Administrator - Aesthetic Clinic

PARKTOWN, Johannesburg - Gauteng (South Africa)

START: 01 May 2024 / A.S.A.P

REPORT TO: Operations Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday 07:45 - 17:15
• 1x Saturday every 2 months

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R18,000 - R20,000 per month Gross Salary (Based on your relevant experience and skills)
• Discretionary incentives

QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualification from a recognized Beauty Training - PREFERRED
2. BONUS - Secretarial or Administrative qualification
3. Must live in the area with reliable transport to work
4. Excellent patient and client communication
5. Beautifully groomed - looking the part!

EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

1. At least FIVE years experience in either salon, spa, aesthetic clinic or cruise ship
2. Reception or Guest Relations experience is required
3. Cruise ship employment experience is a bonus

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1. Solutions driven

3. Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with attention to detail in communication (verbal & electronic)
4. Spa software experience is required (ESP / Chidesk / My Appointment / Fresha etc.)
5. Ability to give timely and excellent services at all time
6. Ability to correctly capture information, payments or any other administrative duties.
7. Knowledge of Aesthetic procedures and trends
8. Ability to focus attention on client/patient needs
9. Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Clinic
10. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
