SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic Corporate company with your professional experience as Front of House Officer in Cape Town CBD.

POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity for a professional person that can work with high value clients, meet and greet them, directing guests to the right venue or meeting. You will present yourself in a professional manner has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

Matric
Diploma or Certificate - relevant to office/business administration
4 years relevant working experience in Front of House
Computer Skills - MS Outlook
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Duties:

Meet and Greet VIP guest
Sign them in to visit building
Assist with parking and/or any other requests
Assist them to the right venue
Assist with boardroom / meeting set up and bookings
Arrange with relevant staff for refreshments
General administration
