POSITION INFO:

Leading trendy Restaurant in Mall of Africa is looking for a front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with strong knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups needed. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures.
