Qualifications:

Matric

BSc Computer Science or similar tertiary qualification

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience C#
HTML
JavaScript
CSS
WPF and WCF
Microsoft Certification
StackOverflow, GitHub and Bitbucket public account

KPA’s:

Client budget (provide choices and highlight trade-offs)
Investigation and resolution of technical challenges
Code reviews
Establishing and maintaining an enabling set of technical standards
Establishment of the development delivery processes
Facilitating the appropriate mentoring the juniors and team members
Participating in performance and recruitment processes for technical resources as well as PR and marketing activities with relevant writing.
