Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (essential)
- Relevant certifications or diplomas will be considered if supported by strong practical experience
Experience:
- 3–8+ years of full stack development experience
- Proven experience building and deploying full stack applications
- Experience working with both front-end and back-end technologies in a professional environment
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and database integration
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced project environments
Skills:
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Back-end: Node.js, Java, C#, or Python
- Databases: SQL or NoSQL
- Git/version control
