Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop reliable software solutions using modern JavaScript or TypeScript
- Contribute to both server-side services and user-facing applications over time
- Take ownership of features from concept through to deployment
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders in agile teams
- Ensure high standards through clean code principles and effective testing
- Participate in architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Relevant formal qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Proven commercial development experience using JavaScript and or TypeScript
- Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar
- Experience with back-end development patterns including APIs and service-based architectures
- Comfortable working in changing project environments and delivery model
- Strong understanding of software design and best practices
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with modern development workflows and CI processes
- Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable systems will be advantageous
