Senior ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer (ITSM)

POSITION INFO:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Deep, handsâon ServiceNow expertise (beyond configuration)
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL® v4
- Solid experience with CSDM 5 and CMDB architecture
- Integration expertise: Kafka, REST APIs, NOW API, Active Directory
- Advanced UI experience with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes & Widgets
- Ability to work independently, challenge weak designs, and make sound architectural decisions
- A disciplined approach to documentation and platform governance
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Fluent English-speaking, including Business reading and writing
- Information Technology Qualification
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT, specifically ServiceNow
- Team-Player (working in an international environment and team)
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- German speaking
- Scaled Agile SaFE Certification
- ITIL V4 post-Foundation Certification (e.g. Create, Deliver and Support – CDS)
- Previous IT experience in the form of MCSE, Network Switching, Active Directory, SMTP
- Previous IT experience with IT Security and Firewalls/Port configurations
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITSM, CMDB, PA, PI

- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to relate to a variety of stakeholders at different organisational levels
- Strong interpersonal skills, including Intercultural understanding
- Able to work under pressure and be resilient in stressful situations
- Must be self-motivated and open to learn independently
- Proactive and be able to provide new ideas for improvement of processes
