Full Stack Developer Opportunity - Build, Improve, and Own Your Work!

POSITION INFO:
Looking for a hands-on Developer who’s ready to dive into building and enhancing web-based applications, tackling bugs, and supporting production systems. You won’t need to know the full tech stack upfront, but you’ll be expected to learn fast and get involved. This role is perfect for a self-driven problem-solver who can manage their own tasks, think critically with limited direction, and approach challenges from multiple perspectives, whether it's as a user, a hacker, or a QA tester. Strong communication and ownership are essential, bring your initiative, not just your code.

Join a forward-thinking, collaborative tech team focused on building and improving modern web-based applications. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for developing new applications, enhancing existing systems, fixing bugs, and supporting production environments.

You’ll work in a dynamic, self-managed setup, taking ownership of your projects, solving real problems with limited guidance, and continuously looking for smarter, better ways to get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of new web-based applications
Enhance existing web-based applications
Bug fixes and production support
Deliver projects on time
Discuss any uncertainties with the team
Produce quality work (quality means what the end-user can see plus what the other Developers can see)

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field
Django (and, by extension, Python)
Node.js
JS, CSS, and HTML
SQL
Jenkins
Powershell
Datadog
Twilio (Studio)
Apache & IIS
Azure knowledge
Azure DevOps
