About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Senior) to join the Shop Floor PAM – Production Asset Management product team. This role is ideal for a versatile developer who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys building scalable, high-performance systems using modern technologies like Java, Angular, Quarkus, and Azure.
You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions that enable efficient production operations. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements, design, and develop platform and application solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.
• Execute testing (unit, integration, and system) and manage defect resolution.
• Support and participate in deployment activities and provide third-level production support when required.
• Develop solutions that align with performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Prepare system and technical documentation in line with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with IT Product Owners, Technical Leads, and System Owners to review and present proposed system solutions.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Provide mentorship and training to colleagues and stakeholders when needed.

• Strong programming experience with Java 11+.
• Proven experience in API development (REST, SOAP, RESTful APIs, SoapUI).
• Front-end proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS2/3.
• Deep knowledge of Quarkus framework and Contexts and Dependency Injection (CDI).
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and database management best practices.
• Skilled in Maven for multi-module projects and Git for version control.
• Development experience using IntelliJ IDE.
• Strong understanding of JSON and data interchange formats.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services.
• Testing experience using JUnit and Mockito.
• Exposure to Kafka for event streaming.

• Experience with Playwright for testing automation.
• CI/CD expertise, including workflow design and automation tools.
• Experience with Git workflows and version control strategies.
• Monitoring and logging using Grafana or similar tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in development.
• Experience using Figma or other design systems.
• Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to collaborate with international clients and work across cultures.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and self-motivation.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certification in backend development technologies.
• 5–10 years’ professional experience in software development.
• Proven Agile working experience (mandatory).
