POSITION INFO:
Design, implement, and maintain Java-based Point of Sale systems
Develop responsive UIs with Java Swing, HTML5, and CSS
Integrate third-party services and hardware (card terminals, printers, etc.)
Collaborate on documentation and solution design (UML, SDKs, Wikis)
Contribute to backend systems with Spring, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL databases
Support international teams and ensure alignment across project goals
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in Java enterprise and POS development.
Strong UI skills (Swing, HTML5, CSS) and integration experience (SOAP, REST, iDocs).
Hands-on with Oracle/SQL Server, JasperReports, Eclipse, SVN, Jenkins, GWT.
Experience with SAP integration is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence preferred.
Qualification:
Relevant IT or Information Science degree/diploma.
SAP-related knowledge is a strong plus.
