Our client, a technology-driven company based in Centurion, is looking for a skilled Full Stack PHP Developer with a strong backend focus to join their team. If you’re experienced in working with legacy PHP systems and have a passion for optimizing and maintaining robust applications, this opportunity is for you.

POSITION INFO:

Role Overview:

This position involves working on mature PHP systems with a focus on backend development, performance optimization, and server-side logic. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing mission-critical applications in a Linux-based environment.

Minimum Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on experience in PHP (version 5.5)
Proficiency in MySQL, including complex queries and optimization
Strong experience with Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu) environments
Solid understanding of Apache web server configuration and maintenance

Beneficial Experience:

SLIM Framework for RESTful APIs
Smarty templating engine
Rancher (for container management and deployment)
Grafana (for monitoring and dashboards)
