SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Full-Stack Product Engineer for our client in the Financial Services space (Lending). You will play a key role in the Technology team, driving the ongoing evolution of the company’s current digital platforms as well as designing and delivering new solutions end-to-end.
The role entails designing and building user-centric, high-value solutions using a combination of agentic AI development, low-code, custom code, and selective 3rd-party products. You will work across the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, development, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance. While the role spans the full product lifecycle, your primary focus will be hands-on engineering.
This role offers high ownership with meaningful participation in technical and product decisions

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Technical Proficiency Full-Stack Frameworks: Senior-level capability of modern web stacks (e.g. .NET Core (C#), Node.js\/TypeScript, or Python\/Django). Front-End Skills: Ability to rapidly build professional interfaces leveraging standard libraries such as React \/Angular, with component libraries such as Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap. Database: Experience working with databases, with strong proficiency in querying complex financial datasets (SQL) and contributing to data architecture design and modelling. Integration: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and secure authentication patterns (OAuth2, JWT). Cloud (Azure): Experience with App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, monitoring tools and cloud infrastructure security best practices DevOps & Security: Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines, version control (Git), encryption, identity, access control, and secure coding practices. Mandatory Experience & Skills Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience. 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready applications. Proven ability to work independently in a high-accountability environment, engaging directly with end-users and collaborating within a team to gather input and align on approaches and decisions where required.
