Full Stack Software Developer (Project)

POSITION INFO:
The Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer for a 12-month fixed term contract position with our client based in Centurion/Pretoria.

• Relevant IT qualification or certification
• 3 to 5 years working experience, especially reporting and data visualization
• German language (Advantageous)

• Willing to travel internationally, for up to 2 weeks at a time

• Backend development (Angular, relational and graph DBâ??s, script editing, data modelling, data transformation etc) of existing visualization application (2D, 3D)
• Frontend development and visualization of highly connected data (Angular, D3.js,)
• Developing new modules passed on same data and new data
• Operations of existing and new application based on cloud
• Technical documentation
• Relational databases and/or Graph databases knowledge
• Technical experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Experience with data handling and frontend development (Angular or similar)
• MS Office, ATC Jira Confluence, DevOps, Git, Bitbucket
• Agile Methodology experience
• Understanding of client processes and tools, but not a pre-requisite

• Analytical and logical mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills, including intercultural understanding
• Must be  self-motivated and open to learn independently
• Flexibility to take up different tasks in the team and be a team player
