You’ll take charge of coordinating all functions, meetings, and banqueting events, from enquiry to execution. This includes liaising with clients, preparing function sheets, overseeing event setup and service, and supporting F&B operations during quieter periods. The role is ideal for a detail-driven, service-minded individual with a flair for hospitality coordination.

ð¸ Grade 12 (Matric)
ð¸ Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Events or F&B Management (advantageous)
ð¸ 2–3 years’ experience in functions, events, or banqueting coordination
ð¸ Experience in boutique hotels or luxury hospitality preferred
ð¸ Solid understanding of function sheets, event timelines and service flow
ð¸ F&B knowledge, with willingness to assist in operations during downtime
ð¸ Strong admin, planning, and communication skills
ð¸ Computer literate in MS Office and hotel POS systems
ð¸ South African citizenship (non-negotiable)

ð¹ Manage all guest functions, conferences, and banqueting bookings
ð¹ Prepare and communicate detailed function sheets to relevant departments
ð¹ Ensure smooth setup and execution of events and functions
ð¹ Be present during events to liaise with clients and resolve issues
ð¹ Support F&B operations and service where needed
ð¹ Maximise event sales through upselling and client relationships
ð¹ Liaise with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office to align event needs
ð¹ Conduct post-event follow-up and manage guest feedback
ð¹ Monitor function space, décor standards, and event equipment
ð¹ Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors as needed
