POSITION INFO:
Job Description: You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties: Review and approve banking transactions Manage cash flow and forecast fund requirements Prepare management reports and budgets Ensure customer and SLA adherence Assist team with accounting issues Develop and lead a high-performing team Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits High level of accuracy and attention to detail Organisational skills \/ Planning and prioritising Excellent interpersonal skills Cross team collaboration, motivating the team A good knowledge of pension fund legislation Qualification: Undergraduate degree or Retirement Fund qualification Contact CHANEL STEENKAMP on , quoting the Ref: CTF018958.
