SUMMARY:
Passionate about the property industry? As the Fund Manager you will be the right-hand man to the CFO. You will take responsibility for the property valuations, annual report analysis, long term and short-term forecasting. MDA experience will be highly advantageous.

POSITION INFO:

Property Valuations – biannually

Property Provisions – Review, identify and calculate.

Reporting on Property Arrears provisions (IFRS 9)

Property reporting on Annual budget analysis

Responsible for Integrated Annual Report

Rental smoothing calculations

Results/shareholders presentations

Results communication

Forecasting – short-term and long-term

Review, implement, monitor Internal controls

Regulatory relationships with JSE, Company secretary and Shareholder communication

Banking relationships namely debt funding/refinancing

General corporate action implementation

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 – 5 years commercial experience

Property experience, advantageous

MDA experience, advantageous

Qualification:

CA(SA)
