Fund Manager

SUMMARY:
Are you a qualified CA(SA) interested in the property industry? Here is your chance to take on a Fund Manager position reporting directly to the CFO. You will have an opportunity to take ownership of property valuations and provisions, property reporting, rental smoothing calculations, and annual budget provisions.

POSITION INFO:

Property Valuations – biannually

Property Provisions – Review, identify and calculate.

Reporting on Property Arrears provisions (IFRS 9)

Property reporting on Annual budget analysis

Responsible for Integrated Annual Report

Rental smoothing calculations

Results/shareholders presentations

Results communication

Forecasting – short-term and long-term

Review, implement, monitor Internal controls

Regulatory relationships with JSE, Company secretary and Shareholder communication

Banking relationships namely debt funding/refinancing

General corporate action implementation

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 – 5 years commercial experience

Property experience, advantageous

MDA experience, advantageous

Qualification:

CA(SA)
