Furniture Field Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
An established and growing company is seeking an experienced Furniture Field Sales Representative to drive new business development and expand its customer base within the commercial furniture sector.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and client visits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, corporate clients and commercial customers. Promote and sell a range of furniture products to new and existing customers. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support. Minimum Requirements: Proven external field sales experience, preferably within the furniture industry . Experience selling office furniture, retail furniture or related products will be advantageous. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's licence. Own reliable vehicle (essential). Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
