SUMMARY:
GENERAL MANAGER - Manufacturing Industry - To direct and control, the Group policies, all company activities in order to generate the required Return on Investment and to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Maintain the accreditation of the certified standard viz, SANS 952, SANS 1381 and various Agreement certificates
• Ensured that ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System is maintained within the company through delegation to all responsible employees.
• Define the company’s strategic planning decisions and new business developments
• Chairs the monthly Quality Management System Review Meeting as well as the Executive Review meeting
• Submits Annual Operating Budgets and Investment Expenditure Budgets to the Executive Committee for approval.
• Makes all decisions related to the company within the general guidelines and limits of authority of the Group.
• Report on the financial results of the company
